As a HR Officer, we rely on you to: Performs administrative work related to employee engagement (colleagues sports and social activities), payroll and offboarding (separation formalities) Collect data and prepare HR reports as required Organize and coordinate all employees’ farewell activities Ensures accuracy of database of staff records and personal file information which should be consistently updated Maintain clean and organized all communication notice boards within the hotel premises Allocate the locker to colleagues and keep the accurate locker records Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and stores Assist in accommodation related matters and attend to colleagues in the accommodation as assistance required We are looking for someone who: Has a Degree in Human Resources or a related field Has excellent communication skills Is updated with the latest trends in social media Is a Technology Savvy Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning Has high attention to detail Is a team player and ability to multitask |
