Day-to-day contact and key relationship holder across one of our key global accounts.
A senior account lead managing projects and campaigns across all aspects of agency scope, predominately:
Data & Analytics
Work in close collaboration with the Strategy, Creative, Performance, CRM and Social team to deliver world class digital campaigns and solutions for our clients.
Work closely with client stakeholders and partner agencies to define business requirements and manage delivery of project and campaigns across platforms.
Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders working closely to ensure teams are briefed and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
Identify opportunities within the client’s business to integrate creative ideas with digital delivery.
Spot new business opportunities to grow the CRM business organically and beyond.
Drive digitally innovative strategic thinking across the account.
Regular travel required. 2-weeks a month to be spent in KSA.
Experience understanding the CRM/digital landscape and tools.
Account management experience with multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
Sound understanding of digital agency working process as well as clients across a range of categories.
Thorough understanding of full project process across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs.
Thorough understanding of campaign analysis and reporting as well as developing strategic thought leadership pieces based on results from campaigns.
Smart strategic thinking – able to clearly develop communication pieces to clients.
Confident and clear – able to deliver thinking to clients as well as team.
Repour and gravitas – able to build strong client relationships and help direct the account.
Ability to handle client expectations for tight deadlines

Ability to flawlessly manage multiple campaigns / projects with effective ease.
