Job Description As the Security Supervisor, your role will be to plan, lead, organize and control the relevant Security activities of Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island according to Security practices to maximize Safety, Environmental, Health and Security risks and achieve the set targets. Your responsibilities will include: Co-ordinates and implements security operational plan Continually assesses security and production operational practices Manages subordinates’ key result areas by setting and monitoring performance standards Conducts on-going Security vulnerability and risk assessments and uses the results to minimise loss Develops and maintains internal and external networks and contacts Investigates general crime offences Works closely with the Security Operational Manager at the operation in building a strong security culture |
