| As Security Supervisor, your main responsibilities under the general direction of Safety & Security Manager and within the limits of holiday inn Hotels Standards, Policies and Procedures and local requirements, to be responsible for monitoring and implementing the company safety and security policies and procedures of the Hotel. Coordinate a smooth daily operation as per the department standard and Managers direction, ensuring effective communication and information exchange between the management and security. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Observe and report all identified violations of company Policies and Procedures, suspicious activities and criminal acts to Company Management. ● Responsible for the security of the Hotel’s assets including but not limited to guests, colleagues, contractors and visitors. What We need from you: ● Work experience of 2-3 years’ in Hotels, or equivalent combination of education and Security operations experience. ● Strong work ethics and a drive to excel.
