Job Description:
You should have a proven work experience as an Sales Manager, Key Account Manager or relevant role. A seasoned IT Sales manager within UAE with 10+ years in the field
Experience in channels or strategic alliance/partner management
Hiring, developing, mentoring and supporting a highly motivated partner sales team 
Ensure adequate sales coverage by the partner channel and possesing a deep understanding of the capabilities of each partner
You should possess and demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Executive and C-level
Solid experience and knowledge with IT Sales particularly in selling ICT networks 
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact with equal ease and flair, across different experience levels including CxO level, and ranging across different personality styles and job profiles
Previous Experience with a Vendor will be an added value
Arabic speaking will be Preferred
