YOUR MISSION As Sales Coordinator for Benefit Travel Retail, you will be assisting the Management/Field team. Your main responsibilities in this role include: Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis and reports focusing on sell out Consolidate BA Sales in order to monitor and prepare reports on their productivity Analyze past sales performances and retailers’ stock to propose orders recommendations to customers Follow up that the expenses file is align with the provision taken by finance controller Airport Passes for the team and external BA or Promoters New supplier creation form LPO/invoices follow up YOUR PROFILE A curious, creative, dynamic, and proactive personality, who’s autonomous and able to multitask while respecting deadlines Someone with a real luxury and cosmetic affinity, and business-oriented Microsoft Office Suite: very strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point Oracle Must be fluent in English, Arabic is a plus ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHAT CAN WE OFFER ?
