Overview of the role: As a Sales Consultant for AFM Commercial Vehicles, specializing in Hino Trucks, you will play a pivotal role in driving and exceeding targeted sales while elevating the overall customer service experience. This dynamic position requires a strategic approach What you will do: Sales Excellence: Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on maximizing business profitability. Work strategically to facilitate deal closures. Customer Interaction and Satisfaction: Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements. Demonstrate trucks, explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features. Offer test drives and articulate warranties and services to enhance customer understanding. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. Territory Management: Proactively contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory. Continuous Learning and Collaboration: Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay updated on new products. Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Branch Manager, ensuring any additional training needs are communicated. Required skills to be successful: Experience: Over 6 years of proven success in a sales role at a Commercial Vehicle dealership. Analytical Proficiency: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with PC proficiency. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Arabic as an advantage. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively to close deals. Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to satisfaction. Communication and Influencing: Effective communicator with strong influencing skills.
