| We are looking for dynamic UAE Nationals who have a client centric mindset and a passion for luxury retail to join our Boutiques in the UAE! Our Maisons are looking to grow in both Client Service & Sales positions across Dubai & Abu Dhabi. What to expect? You will be a true brand ambassador for our Maisons, ensuring each client revieves a high level of customer service whilst generating sales. Contribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brands high standards. Cultivate strong client relationships. Maintain boutique tidiness, decoration, and visual merchandising in line with Brand guidelines Actively engage and participate in training assignments Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and real job responsibilities Contribute to the organization by constantly providing a fresh perspective and solutions to existing business challenges and opportunities Regular reviews with Senior Management regarding continuous development Demonstrate highest levels of work ethics and personal integrity Experience and Qualification Required Valid UAE Passport & UAE Family Book Language requirement – Proficiency in English & Arabic Skills and Behavioural Attributes Ambitious, results driven, committed and team player High level of interpersonal and communication skills Influencing and collaboration skills Demonstrates learning agility |
