Introduction to the role
We are on the search for a Sales and Fleet Administrator to join our Sales team. Responsible for the handling the fleet cars at Porsche Middle East and Afrika FZE and maintaining and updating fleet administration processes. 
 
Job Responsibilities
Handling of a fleet of cars that consists of around 60 high end sports cars:
Receiving the brand new cars which are delivered to the Porsche Middle East Africa FZE ( office, checking and preparation for
use i e installation of plate numbers, salik tags, documentation and cleaning)
Arranging handovers and the lending agreements and receiving the cars back from employees, press or other PME departments
including checking them by completing the handover forms and reporting/following up with the responsible stakeholders
Ensuring that all the fleet cars are maintained and kept in a perfect condition:
Monitoring and documenting the mileages and age of the fleet cars
Coordinating with all employees, departments and Porsche importer concerning maintenance and repairs required, completed in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining and updating fleet administration:
Ensuring that a full fleet overview is always available and up to date
Yearly fleet planning and updating by providing all the necessary information on the status quo of the fleet
Coordination and reporting to Finance and HR departments
Ownership of the yearly Purchase Requisition required for the fleet, fleet,(creation and maintenance it in the system)
Regular collection of the order forms from employees for their car renewals, documenting and reporting them to relevant department
Supporting the Sales department with administration
Implementation of monitoring systems, updating and setting up new processes to improve the fleet workflow
Coordination of additional cars with the Press department, service providers, PAG (Press or test cars) 

Qualifications
High School Degree required, studies and training related to automotive is an advantage
>2 years experience in relevant function within the Automotive Industry
Extensive knowledge and passion for automotive
Cultural sensitivity, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced in Microsoft-Office knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
Valid UAE driving license
