Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure the company and projects comply with the required Health & Safety procedures and documents according to ASSA ABLOY and the Dubai municipality requirements.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Oversee safety audit and inspection programs
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and take corrective action
Encourage and create a high level of safety awareness
Develop and execute health and safety plans and improvement process
Prepare and enforce policies to institute the values of health and safety
Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting employees, machinery, and operations
Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics
Assess, identify, and eliminate all the potential risks to improve safety company-wide
 
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Degree in Business or Engineering or related fields (MBA is a plus factor).
5-year experience in the related field.
3-year experience in the same field/products.
Comprehensive experience in Projects Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO.
