| Part of the Supply Chain team, the Retail Planner will be a key contributor to the growth of Middle East business and will strongly support the Omnichannel transition in the region. The main mission is to secure the flow of distribution on his/her product categori(es) from Central to the stores and to the clients, ensuring the best availability while aligning with the Maison’s strategy and local targets. He/She plays a central role in achieving the business objectives and coordinates all along with Merchandising and Retail teams to maximize the potential and client experience in stores. He/She is also maintaining a lean stock coverage and monitors sell trough, long tail and obsolescence. Detailed missions: * Overseeing the several key business categories with the objective of optimizing the flow from Central to Regional warehouses and to the stores in the region, and standing for a key business partner for the stores and logistics teams: Align business ambitions with product flows and stock levels Pilot auto replenishment and secure new launches, seasonality, logistics constraints Provide the vision & needs to all points of contacts: Central, EMEA Fulfill Clients, VM, Stores & Merch needs, with visibility, while maintaining the right stock coverage * Focusing on key aspects of the distribution management: Support network animations, local events and stores opening on time Control product lifecycle from launch to end of life & minimize depreciation with rebalancing Manages client orders and ordering strategy among the region, pilot all B2C flows * Leading the below transversal projects with our business partners in the region, such as Retail Performance, Operations, Client Service, Logistics,… : OMNICHANNEL / Deployment of Unique Stock and Omnichannel strategy LOGISTICS / Develop tools and visibility to share with the Distribution Center RETAIL / Coordination with Retail Performance team to support efficient stores operations PROFILE You have a first experience in Supply Chain and Retail planning in an international environment You speak fluently English, an another language is a plus. You have a capacity to connect with stores and to build a strong relationship with them. |
