Develop, Implement and Manage all HR processes across Middle East & Central Asia (Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Mobility Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Staffing & Placement and Management Training & Development)
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions Tasks
Collaborate with business leaders to diagnose and identify HR plans needed to implement and maintain organization efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure Move One HR policies with each countries labor laws and practices
Manage employee relations concerns, adhering to Move One HR policies and guidelines.
Partner with managers to actively manage headcount metrics, targets and budget.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and training to employees on the Performance Management cycle
Conduct investigations and manage the disciplinary process as required, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion for the business in all cases.
Proficiency in using HR Information System.
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years successfully managing Human Resources operations.
At least 5 years in managerial capacity .
Ability to interpret labor laws and adapt to Move One business strategy
Demonstrated ability to define HR strategy and carry through to execution.
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and mange conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
