Job Purpose
In line with Emirates Group’s ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drive, we are seeking a Recruitment Partner, with Emiratisation experience, to join our Corporate Services & Executive Recruitment team on an initial 6-month temporary contract, this could be extended depending on business needs and performance. This role is based full-time at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai.
As our Recruitment Partner (Emiratisation Specialist) you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of senior level and executive leadership roles within the Emirates Group. You will utilise our digital recruitment tools and your strong network to proactively attract, interview and hire high calibre UAE National candidates. You must have recent UAE based experience building and implementing Emiratisation recruitment strategies within an executive search firm or an in-house recruitment team.

In this role, you will:
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for corporate services and executive positions, engaging with senior level UAE National candidates to bring the best talent to each role
Engage with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals
Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice for UAE National talent, ensuring continuous promotion of the Group’s Emiratisation agenda
Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped UAE National candidates
Provide data insights such as market analysis, offers declined and salary comparisons to highlight challenges and recommend solutions to attract UAE National candidates
Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue, Boolean
Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment
Develop and drive tactical and innovative methods to attract passive UAE National candidates, utilising your strong local network
Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers
Stay up to date with the latest Emiratisation trends to recommend improvements on best practise and candidate attraction
Deliver a world class people experience that our candidates and stakeholders value

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience as a Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team
Substantial experience in Emiratisation recruitment, placing senior level and executive candidates, ensuring this is comprehensively detailed in your CV
Strong network of senior level and niche UAE National candidates
Experience with the selection processes and able to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
Able to form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders
Well-versed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean
A positive attitude with the ability to work at pace, in a pressurised environment
Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Resilient and tenacious in your capacity to persevere through challenges
A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo

We work with Oracle Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and Microsoft Office
We’re full time in office, and do not offer hybrid, work-from-home or remote options
You will be paid an hourly rate, working 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday
