The Opportunity:

This role will provide administrative support to the Dubai Entry-level Recruiting, across of variety of operational topics.

This is a part-time position (15-30 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records and updating reporting files
Administration of the Recruiting system (downloading and organizing CVs etc.)
Scheduling interviews and obtaining interview evaluations
Creating offer letters
Ad hoc support of Recruiting tasks

Your Technical Skills Will Be:
Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Strong command of English (written and verbal)

Your Skills and Attributes:
Positive and proactive while still being collaborative
Highly organized and detail-oriented, yet operates well within a team, as well as independently
Professional, tactful and able to engage with colleagues at all levels in the firm
Excellent communicator – able to deal effectively with people at all levels in a multicultural work environment
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
One who takes constructive feedback in stride and incorporates feedback quickly
Collaborative team player
Positive attitude, sense of fun: is collegial and friendly
Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail
Must be on University or father’s visa
Should be based in the UAE
