They provide localised workplace savings solutions that offer flexibility, control and make a positive difference to long-term financial security. ZWS are the Administrator of the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings plan (DEWS), a progressive end-of-service benefit plan introduced within the DIFC in 2020. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a seasoned Program Manager to be responsible for successful implementation of distinct mid-size local/regional projects and provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions. Job Accountabilities As Program Manager, your role will involve: Program Management: Accountable for a successful implementation of distinct mid-size local/regional projects or mid-size projects of a program, sub-projects, or phases of a larger project projects. Select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives. Adapt to and apply different delivery approaches and perform, with appropriate support, project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control as well as close a project in accordance with the Zurich project management frameworks and policies. Develop detailed project plans at task level based on the agreed business case and comply with requirements to meet the needs and expectations of senior stakeholders. Manage and balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result, managing project risks appropriately. Engage with other project managers to understand and share best practices and learnings and coach other more junior project managers. Technical Analysis: Gathering and analyzing technical requirements from clients and stakeholders. Designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions. Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Managing project timelines and budgets. Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues. Keeping up to date with new technologies and industry trends. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the organization. Job Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and other Professional Certifications 7 or more years of experience in the related field 5 or more years working on significant/high-risk projects or programs, with a proven track record of delivery An understanding of the Free Zones and local market is an asset Worked on projects for various business communities / areas within the insurance sector Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Solid understanding of computer systems and programming languages |
