The Position holder is responsible for: Owning the Customer Contracts / Supplier Contracts process from the moment the tender evaluation commences / sourcing project launches up to the closure of the Contract. Ensuring and promoting compliance with Schlumberger policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations. Reviewing and assesses the liabilities present in our Customer Contracts, Subcontracts or Supplier Contracts in order to provide expert advice to PL management team, and assisting to red flag, negotiate tender clarification T&C Contractual terms reviewing risks assessment Activities: Collaborate with the Legal Department, Finance Department (including Tax), HSE, Sourcing & Procurement, Operations (or any other department/function) as appropriate, to ensure contractual and commercial risks and exposures are clearly identified, analyzed, and properly addressed in contractual provisions. Manage and administer contract-related records in the relevant contracts databases; maintains Contracts files; accountable for contract database data integrity related to their location/product line/category Ensure that Schlumberger Customer Contracts, Subcontracts and Supplier Contracts for products and/or services signed in their location/product line/category comply with the Customer Contracts Risk Standard, Supply Chain Contracts Best Practices and Schlumberger contracting guidelines, accordingly. Ensure a Contracts Rating Sheet for each Customer Contract is properly completed and electronically filed in the relevant contracts database. Conduct HQ review of tender / proposal key components at Gate A, B and C levels. Participate and contribute in all tender and execution PLG and CME gates where applicable. Collaborate with the Legal Department in the performance of Operations Assurance Reviews when requested. Manage customer contracts in execution Qualifications: 6+ years in O&G with similar role as well from EPC, and Operator external company EPCC experience. Contract management. Variation order management. Contract / Legal Review. Commercial Center Experience. 2+ years in relevant geographic roles. Schlumberger is an equal opportunity employer.
