| What you’ll be doing Responsible for the Product Conformance / Registration of all Coty products within the Middle East region. This includes making sure that everything is registered with all the local authorities, either through our sub JV’s or the existing distributors, and that all products meet the requirements of the various countries. e.g. expiry dates, Arabic labelling etc. Work with the various authorities and global regulatory affairs to insure all Coty products will flow freely through the Middle East region. Ensure timely registration and re-registration throughout Validate with the authorities the requests received from the distributors regarding registration needs Build good relationships with national authorities, third parties, certification bodies ( Intertek, SGS, ESMA etc ) Liaise with internal departments (Customer service, marketing, commercial, market planning) to determine the correct priorities for product registration What you’ll need to succeed Experience in FMCG. In-depth knowledge and understanding of methodology and importance of process harmonization. Excellent Organization skills and respect of the deadlines. Excellent communication skills – in particular with stakeholders at all levels Experience in understanding and documenting business requirements and data needed. Good understanding of the Middle East region and its requirements |
