| The Product Merchandiser will be in charge of one product categories for the Middle East region, reporting to the Head of Merchandising. Animation and follow-up the product categories within the store network (regular visits and contacts with the stores to maintain a live connection between stores and head office in order to transfer information on the business, to share a common vision, etc.), Analysis of the commercial performance in the store network in order to : – Drive the business in a proactive way, – Get trends data and store by store performance picture, – Insure the rebalancing of stock, – Follow-up the sell-through pattern, Coordinating the launch of new collections in the stores, Participating in buying sessions in Paris, Involvement in training of the store teams in collaboration with the training team, – In general, animation of the product categories – Being able to manage the product categories (volume and quantity, strategy, dynamic, price, etc), Profile Real expertise and passion for Fashion and Retail in general, 3 to 5 years of experiences in Product Merchandiser, Buyer and/or Retail, Team player and able to build strong relationships with peers, management and the store network in a multilingual and multicultural environment, Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong analytical skills, Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage, Very good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI is a plus. |
