What you’ll be doing Scope • Local Market: KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Indian Ocean (Reunion, Madagascar, Mayotte), Africa. • Makeup / Skincare • Spa Management 1/ Forecast and budget follow up • Ensure adequate stock coverage for all products through forecasting accuracy and quota management. • Ensure that all activities are carried out within budget parameter as agreed with Marketing Manager. • Track budgets: Central / Local Collateral / technical costs for each axis. 2/ Launch Implementation • Orchestrate Makeup & Skincare launches, including internal coordination with all departments (Merchandising/Sales/Education/Digital / Communication) through the organization of the platform. • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department to seek best practices. • Develop ad hoc local collateral POS elements to support launches working closely with Merchandising team. 3/ Event Implementation •Responsible for the implementation of events in the region focusing on Makeup and Skincare, ensuring 360 support for each event by working with the Merchandising team, Education, PR, Retail, Makeup Artist and other relevant field teams to brief them on concepts, mechanics and implementation. • Create special events for flagship stores to support exclusive launches on Makeup & Skincare. • Measure the results of each event with learnings and recommended actions for future events. • Work on the overall event strategy for Guerlain Makeup / Skincare in Middle East bringing retail-tainment to the stores. 4/ Trade Marketing plan, Sales and Education • Elaborate the trade plan with the KAMs and Trade Marketing Manager. • Participate in the presentations of Makeup and Skincare launches both internally and externally. 5/ SPA Management. • Elaborate the Marketing plan with the Spa manager and the HQ. • Follow up on events and activations with the Spa in the region. 6/ Market Analysis • Do a weekly and monthly analysis on Makeup & Skincare performances. • Track competition on Makeup / Skincare launches and events to identify best practices from the business. What you’ll need to succeed Minimum 3 years’ experience in a product management role with a luxury brand A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, industrial engineering or an equivalent principle Fluence in English. Arabic or French would be a plus. |
