Process Lead – MDM

The incumbent is supporting in the creation and updating of the Company’s master data, i.e. Item, Customer or Supplier master data.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide daily support and guidance for any issues relating to master data (Customer, Supplier or Item).
Ownership of processes for creating and updating of the Company’s master data.
Monitor and/or update when required the ERP (Oracle/SAP) work flow tools utilized for streamlining the procedures for creating and updating master data.
Support efforts to identify and eliminate irrelevant, duplicated or outdated master data from the masters.
Provide support in the periodic audits of BU specific planning relevant data, such as but not limited to Bills of Material and Routings.
Adherence to standard operating procedures within the MDM function and the BUs that are supported by the MDM team, i.e. BUs that are on Oracle.
Provide master data management training to BU Data Stewards and other Company employees that will benefit from such knowledge.

Work experience requirement
3-5 years of work experinece in data entry and/or data management.
From large organization or BPO would be an advantage.
