Job Description:
Overview of the role:
Provide Audio Visual System/ Security System consultancy to enterprise level customers
Identification of most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions.
Preparation of Complete Detailed Technical proposal includes design schematic drawings/ system architecture, compliance.
Attend Client Meetings for Technical clarifications/ Technical Presentation.
Strong liaison and negotiation skills with client, vendors and partner.
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment, willing to work extended hours.
 
What you will do:
Responsible for:
Financial
Take lead on ELV/ ProAV system practice & support the sales team to provide price optimized solutions and in support of Pre-sales activities that will help them achieving order booking target ELV/ProAV system 
Through efficient design and engineering support the sales team to have better intake and improve conversion rate lead qualification
Market:
Prepare product and solution matrix, enhance our product portfolio by introducing new products and solutions 
Maintain relationship with AFT business partners, supplier and vendors
Identifying Certification gap to maintain our partnership level with principles
Business Excellence
Ensure that Sales, commercial and service teams receive presales support as they request. Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Design to Delivery
Architect a comprehensive solution with right mix of products & technologies from our portfolio to meet the requirements of RFP/Tender

Role Based
Guide the sales team and other teams on the technological advancement. Conduct quarterly training for Sales team on technology enhancement.
 
Job Context :
This position operates within the context of confidentiality, diplomacy and judgement.  Guiding principles will be found in the published policies and procedures as well as past precedent.  However, the ability to operate within indistinct parameters is also important.
Understanding of AV solution specific processes and experience understanding clients’ needs, engineering business processes and articulating solutions

Job-Specific Skills:
Good communication & Presentation skills with an ability to compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & VISIO.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  
Graduate Engineer in Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
CTS certification is mandatory. Industry Certification
Minimum Experience:
