Job Description:

What you’ll be doing  
Supporting the people team in implementing the Vertical’s People strategy and support with business unit specific projects, campaigns or initiatives:
Assisting in building engaging culture and positive employee experience during different stages of the employment journey
Maintain cross-departmental relationships and dealing with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficiency
Work with the Group’s Talent Acquisition team to ensure internal and external recruiting strategies result in relevant, high caliber candidates being identified.
Support the business unit People team with recruitment, performance management, succession planning, retention, talent development, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Maintaining and consolidating cross-departmental updates and following up on implementation of key projects and tasks highlighted
Prepare engaging communications internally and externally
Provide solution oriented suggestions and proactive creative ideas to enhance our people experience, culture and engagement
Performing an array of administrative tasks from generating correspondence, and planning and coordinating and event management, follow up and execution of internal transfers, monitoring completion for group HR cycles
Managing internal mobility comms and ensuring that internal policies and guidelines are followed
