Responsibilities Responsible for managing end to end legal documentation in the recruitment process including prepare, review and amend employee contracts. Responsible for developing HR policies and procedures contained/linked to the Employee Handbook Manage the monthly payroll process in an accurate and timely manner Review employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled appropriately Part of the People Experience – a team made up of 4 people from different parts of the business with different experience and skills to resolve HR matters in a kind and respectful way. Manage with the payroll assistantTravel Birthday and work anniversary EBT / Employ survey Skills and Experience Up to date knowledge of local UAE and Bahrain labour laws and regulations Excellent time management skills Solution focused with a positive attitude Adaptable and able to juggle a variety of tasks all at the same time Previous experience in using Microsoft Dynamics payroll application would be an advantage but training will be provided HRandPayrollManagerJobDescription.pdf |
