| Supply Chain Organize & Manage the global Supply Chain flow from the HQ to the customers through the logistic center (distributors & direct customers) Manage relationships with Logistics & Warehouse provider Implement strong relationships with supply chain distributors team & Direct Customers Coordinate and Pilot with the General Manager & Sales Director the global Sales Work closely with HQ team for the ALL intercompany process (Forecast, Replenishment, Distribution…) Define the local supply/distribution strategy to provide the best level services to our customers, have the right level of the stock (Value & Destruction), minimize the airshipment, improve our forecast accuracy. Be the local expert for all Customs/Quality reglemention to the GCC and India countries Customer Care Manage all orders and shipments from the HUB to our partner in GCC and India Organize the customers services with the different brand and portofolio per distributor. Measure the customer rate/Service Level vs benchmark Finance & Accounting Responsible of the budget (profit and loss) for the BU MEA in link with the BU manager of the area Define & Recommend action plans within Annual 2022 budget Follow up of the budget and recommend change if necessary. Be a support for the team to do the right allocation & method. Do the Monthly and annual closing for the company VS FZE and provide all information’s required to HQ Manage our third accounting company 2-3 years experience in the same position Strong ERP/CRM systems skills and practices (SAP, Salesforce) and also Office package (Excel Expert) Fluent in English & French |
