| About the role As the Night Concierge for W Residences, you will be meeting and greeting our residences. You will be first point of contact to provide a warm welcome as they enter and leave their homes and assist all residences with Whatever Whenever services they need. You will be trusted to support residences in a friendly and efficient manner with their requests. This could be anything from arranging transportation, giving directions, assisting with any deliveries/collections and ongoing support within the properties.
