The Work You’ll often be Helping Accenture industry executives and their clients understand how they can transform businesses and unlock value using Accenture s suite of innovation capabilities and technologies. Supporting projects that deliver world class distributed ledger technology solutions. Helping clients move through the education and experimentation phases on to production and value quickly and effectively. Supporting with sales for deals in financial services industry including central banks . Effectively partnering with internal Accenture organizations and external vendor alliances. Supporting proposal responses and related discussions with clients. Supporting with shaping solutions for our most complex client engagements and early adopters. Building relationships with clients as a trusted advisor. A key participant in developing Accenture response Qualifications You should have experience with some of the following Experience with distributed ledger technology, project delivery and client advisory. Conveying and communicating complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences. Understanding business challenges and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view. Working through organizational change and or expanding ecosystem relationships, developing and delivering creative solutions. Insights on key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry. Basic Qualifications 3 years in consulting and account management experience preferably with large scale technologies transformations and or emerging technologies Demonstrated experience in solving complex client problems Strong presentation, speaking, and communication skills Bachelor or master’s degree preferably in Technology, Engineering or Business Administration field Core Technology Innovation Skills Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology Experience in the financial services industry with industry expertise including the industry digital technology trends Client relationship management experience Facilitation experience with storytelling skills Experience in services sales, in a matrix organization is desirable Prior Business Technology background and or strong interest in emerging technologies and how they impact the business People development skills Comfortable with remote management Ability to interact effectively with multiple groups and geographies Experience in defining Digital Strategy and Business Strategy, Functional Design, Design and launch of Digital products Experience leading teams or supervising others in complex consulting engagements |
