To support the corporate and high networth customers and Field Sales Executive by providing pro-active prompt, efficient customer – corporate driven service whilst striving to increase corporate account base.
Support assigned Sr. Sales Executives in managing their corporate accounts thus being an active team member in achieving their assigned individual revenue targets.
Provide support to assigned Sr. Sales Executives by visiting corporate accounts along with them during the Corporate Forums, provide information on new products, answer queries, and ensure that the issues raised at this forum are addressed and timely feedback given to customers.
Develop direct contacts with key personal in all corporate accounts handled by Sr. Sales Executive thus network effectively to promote and offer services of Emirates Airlines therefore increasing the corporate account database.
Execute corporate account specific marketing and sales strategies in close liason wth the sales team to capture maximum market share within the account thus position Emirates as a preferred carrier.
Promote Skywards with all corporate accounts to build and retain brand loyalty. Provide timely feedback to Marketing Manager-Corporate so that corrective action can be taken if necessary.
Execute agreed strategies to develop identified, key critical revenue generating market segments in close co-operation with Sr. Sales Executive therefore creating more avenues of revenue generation through new corporate accounts (Market Segmentation).
Consolidate market, competitive intelligence through various sources to maintain a leading competitive edge amongst competing carriers therefore continue to position Emirates as a preferred carrier.
Develop and maintain corporate account database of all existing, new accounts for use in various marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Commercial/Sales. Reservations/Ticketing : 5+ Years
12 Years schooling or equivalent :
Previous experience in a recognised airline or travel agency.
Must have completed the basic fare and ticketing course from a recognised institute/airline.
Knowledge of fare construction and ticketing with good knowledge of Computerise Reservation System (CRS)/MARS/Galileo/Sabre and knowledge of MS Word/Excel and other PC systems.
In depth knowledge of world geography.
Ability/Skills : Must be proficient in English both written and oral.
Must have good telephone skills.
Outgoing personality with a flair of communication with internal/external customers from various cultures.
Must be able to work independently within the defined framework whilst being a team player with strong marketing business acumen.
