LVMH Beauty Middle East manages 8 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma and Benefit Cosmetics. LVMH P&C Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures. YOUR MISSION The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the full 360 scope of Marketing from Category, Trade Marketing, PR, Media to Digital E- Business. Being a close business partner to the GM of the subsidiary, he/she will be responsible for the creation and execution of the Middle East marketing and communications strategy to elevate awareness, drive new client acquisition & sales. Main responsibilities include: PLANNING, TRADE AND ANIMATIONS Identify and Develop the 360 Marketing Strategy within the region in line with the strategic objectives of the Maison. Plan, coordinate and manage the marketing calendar/trade plan for the region with a strong focus on top 10 doors and key retailers Develop POS animations and retailtainment activities whilst respecting the Brand Equity Supervision and validation of all animations and on-counter events (layouts and tools) Build strong trade and CRM plans in coherence with the regional marketing plan, media plan and brand guidelines Plan, implement and execute successful PR strategies and campaigns. Oversee special events such as sponsorship, public appearance, or other activities in order to gain public attention Plan and execute a training calendar for all Beauty Consultants across the region DIGITAL & E-COMM Supervise the implementation of new business strategies and new partner relationships to increase the reach of the Brand online Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including analyzing marketing channel deployment, keyword selection, advertisement design and customer experience journey RETAILER PARTNERSHIP Weekly visit to the market top doors: ensure that the new launches are impactful and implemented properly. Check stock, availability of samples and VM Participate with the General Manager / Commercial Director in strategic meeting with suppliers and retailers to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…) BUDGET & FORECAST Define and follow-up the annual budget for Marketing, Visual Merchandising & Store Design Prepare the Budget and revisions (R1, R2) by commercial lines and products, in Si and SO ANALYSIS AND PRESENTATIONS Conduct monthly reports on customer and sales analysis, shopper insights, traffic in store and store KPI’s Monitors customer feedback Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested quantitative and qualitative reports, and action plans MANAGEMENT Lead, manage and supervise the Marketing Executive in order to accomplish the objectives YOUR PROFILE Minimum of 5 years in in similar marketing roles within the beauty industry In-depth market knowledge (distribution, retail, customers, competition, etc….) BA Degree or equivalent in related field A curious, creative, dynamic, and proactive personality, who’s autonomous and able to multitask while respecting deadlines Someone with a real luxury and cosmetic affinity, and business-oriented Strong communication and negotiation skills Service-oriented: ability to see every detail and always think about improvements Must be fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus Experience with dealing and negotiating with suppliers in the region Experience with forecasting tools and P&L budget monitoring Microsoft Office WHAT CAN WE OFFER ?
