|Analyse and research hospitality trends and digital marketing trends, to enhance and support comprehensive campaign planning.|
Content collection at key hotel events and assisting with live coverage.
Scheduling of social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc) across The First Group Hotels’ channels
Monthly reporting and analysis of social media channels across our hotels
Assisting in the creation of monthly content calendars; coordinating with copywriters and designers to deliver content for hotel offers, launches, ad campaigns, and brand communications.
Daily Community Management for social media accounts; responding to comments/leads/complaints and forwarding queries to the respective stakeholders.
Voucher management with key stakeholders
On-ground support to Hotel Marketing Managers for 360 marketing operations
Working across departments to update content on our online and offline channels including websites, TripAdvisor, OTA channels, hotel screens, print collateral, etc.
Ad-hoc proofreading and copywriting support as required.
Actively monitoring and reporting on negative reviews and escalating them to the respective stakeholders in a timely manner.
End-to-End coordination for influencer marketing
Desired Skill & Expertise
Educated to a college level/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Arabic
Highly proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Word
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
Sound knowledge of how to use social media platforms to obtain insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
