Zurich Workplace Solutions (ZWS) is an entity from Zurich International located in the heart of the DIFC’s International Financial Centre. They provide localised workplace savings solutions that offer flexibility, control and make a positive difference to long-term financial security.
ZWS are the Administrator of the DIFC Employee Workplace Savings plan (DEWS), a progressive end-of-service benefit plan introduced within the DIFC in 2020.
To support our expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing business partner to join the Marketing & Communications team for six months.
In this role, you’ll be in charge of implementing the expansion strategy and to engage efficiently with employers and employees for a successful roll out.
As Marketing Business Partner, your role will involve:
In collaboration with ZWS management team, roll out the communication strategy and engagement plan
Design and deliver set of marketing materials to engage with employers and employees (i.e: literature, website content, targeted social media campaign, townhall, webinars….)
Ensure alignment with brand tone of voice and guidelines
Manage budget for marketing & communications related activities
Be data driven. Monitor, measure and analyse marketing performances to reach appropriate KPI.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5+ years demonstrable experience in financial sector in overseeing roadmap strategy, delivering performance-oriented campaigns and managing product life cycle
Establish digital KPI’s, reports and dashboards, digital marketing best practices, governance and processes
Excellent organisational, written and verbal communications skills
Project management experience
Demonstrable record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards with roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and being kind to others
English and Arabic speaker
