We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities. #WeareBRF Job Description Perform assembly, disassembly and sanitation activities within the production area by complying with the operational, HSE and food safety standards in place. Ensure the pre-operational sanitation of the areas, which may include: dry cleaning, waste segregation & disposal, chemical handling, open plant cleaning (OPC), disinfection, etc. Ensure the LOTO compliance within the workplace. Perform daily equipment sanitation and production startups. Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and suppliers instructions related to machinery Excellent understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting. Good understanding of the machine parts and maintenance. Ability to read, understand and comply with tasks described on the Operating Procedures and Work Instruction. Good understanding and application of food safety standards. Good understanding and application of safety and environmental standards Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
