Element has an opportunity for a Junior HRIS Coordinator to join our global HR Management Systems team.
In this role, you will assist the Senior HRMS Specialist in the areas of data management, reporting, compliance, analysis, training, and process improvement in all HR systems ,D365HR, Performance Management, ICIMS, LMS365 and Awardco.
This role will be based in Dubai , UAE
Support in the maintenance of multiple Human Resource Management system modules,assisting in review, testing and implementation of system upgrades
Assist in monitoring module interfaces and integration with primary HRMS (D365HR), collaborating with functional and technical staff as needed.
Support towards maintaining system data, system structures, code tables, etc. while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality of applicants, employees, and company information.
Assist in writing, maintaining, and supporting variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools and support developing of standards and ad hoc reports as needed.
Maintain and comply with monthly/annual reporting calendar and HR related business metrics.
Assist in developing a variety of user procedures, guides, manuals, and instructional tools.
Assist in building , maintenance, and support of end-user matrix to provide appropriate and accurate system access across organization.
Train and support system and end users on HR related software processes to include: D365 HR, ICIMS, LMS365, Awardco, interface of all systems with D365HR, Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service
Assist/train end users with inputting, updating, analyzing and maintaining accurate data for new hires, transfers, terminations, pay location changes, salary changes, address changes, etc. to meet entity needs
Serve as back up for Human Resources Staff as needed
Skills / Qualifications
Degree or diploma in systems or HR related field
Experience in HR systems data management and reporting
Report development experience using Excel preferred.
Excellent English language communication skills to develop various types of written training materials/manuals/guides.
Previous experience in devising and implementing HR SOPs / policies preferred.
Willing to get trained on HR system maintenance, utilization, improvements, upgrades, etc
Should be a multitasker able to meet tight deadlines
Should possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ready to be a part of projects involving multicultural diverse team members
