Chaumet Middle East is hiring a Junior Financial Controller starting September 2022 with a one year VIE contract. Located in Dubai, you will assist Chaumet Middle East finance manager and integrate a small local structure operating over 4 countries with a very strong growth ambition. Your main tasks will be the following; Assist Financial manager in the day-to-day operations Monitor payments and cash Ensure coordination between accounting team and financial request from our suppliers/customers Assist local HQ and boutiques in their financial requests Participate to monthly reporting tasks Sales reporting: report Middle East sales in consolidation tool and extract KPI’s P&L reporting: report P&L in consolidation tool and produce dashboard by boutiques Produce monthly closing analysis Support annual budgeting phases Participate to budget construction Produce analysis for Middle East budget presentation Participate to various projects and analysis Produce business plan for investment projects Participate to the elaboration of various presentation Assist on punctual subjects (auditors requests, internal control assessments, boutique opening, etc.) During the year, your experience, curiosity, and willingness to learn will allow us to implicate you on a broaden perimeter of actions. PROFILE Graduated from business school or engineering school with a specialization in finance, you have a first experience in finance (accounting, management control, audit, etc.) Good analytical skills, proactivity and organization are required Strong team player, positive and enthusiastic attitude Fluent in English Proficient in Excel Mastering SAP and SAP consolidation tool (Magnitude) is a plus |
