KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: To manage robust practical application of the Group’s Social Performance activities including CSR activities across the business To provide guidance and support to the Group’s CSR representatives ensuring local activities are conducted to Group standards, within agreed criteria and that requisite compliance due diligence has been conducted and approved To source, assess and develop partnerships with gold standard CSR programmes in-country that best position Petrofac and its reputation in its local markets and move from reactive social performance activities to proactive To support requests from clients and stakeholders for briefings on historic and current social performance and CSR activities To develop approprirate materials showcasing social performance credentials for business development and tendering opportunities as part of the Group’s ESG ethos Responsible for developing and maintaining a library of social performance case studies that can be used internally and externally to showcase the Group’s commitment to social performance and societal contributions To manage submissions by CSR reps for the social performance data tool to accurately assess social performance and CSR spend for required external disclosures including annual report and accounts and financial results To onboard, brief and train new CSR reps and key personnel including Country Managers on social performance strategy, standard and guideline, tools and compliance processes To support any required internal audit of social performance activities to ensure they are conducted within compliance regime and adhering to criteria To champion the establishment of key regional/hub CSR and social performance committees to oversee and direct local charitable efforts, matched funding and CSR activities Able to seek and champion partnerships with gold standard CSR programmes in-country that best position Petrofac and its reputation in local markets Can do attitude, willingness to help and advise others but not undertake their activities for them Must be prepared to challenge requests that are not within policy or set criteria, or that have not undergone full compliance due diligence process Knowledge & Qualifications: Experience in financial/investment analysis and due diligence work Experienced in research, analysis and business case creation Good understanding of local supply chains, needs of charitable organisations and early-stage enterprises Good understanding of and interest in social performance, CSR and its local application Knowledge of event management Relationship management with external bodies and third parties Skills & Competencies: Strong networking skills and the ability to quickly build relationships Ability to influence and persuade Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong event management and organizational skills Self-starter: good team player able to work as part of a small team Strong judgement and decision-making skills.
