|We are looking for a skilled IT support engineer to assist our users with computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to assist with hardware and software installations and upgrades, application support, and basic IT-related issues|
Responding to support requests and contacting users to find out the nature of the problem.
Troubleshooting hardware, software issues and networking and connection issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals and installing, upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Provide Level 1 support for IT Applications and advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Completing job reports and ordering supplies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
Work experience of more than 2 years as an IT support engineer or support technician and hands on experience in Windows Active Directory and creating Policies.
Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripheral and popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues and excellent interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills
