| Job Role Technical Assistant-QHSE for the project in general with focus on supporting the QHSE Team and assisting with the implementation of the QHSE system. Specifically, this could include the following activities: Attend selected meetings between PRL, employees and stakeholders of the project. Activities could include help with preparation of paperwork and recording minutes of the meetings. Assist the QHSE Team with the design and implementation of safety training/competency records and assisting with the design and maintenance of the QHSE database. Assist QHSE with collection of data used to update management dashboards, document accomplishments, and identify and quantify risks. Become familiar with railroad technologies in general and specifically the PRL locomotive technologies, and their relation to QHSE. Assist the QHSE Team with the planning, development, coordination, Test & Commissioning and maintenance phase of the project. Assist in documenting results of all QHSE materials and policies/procedures. Proactive monitoring of day to day operation and QHSE Support Minimum level of Education/Training: Relevant College degree Health and Safety training/awareness would be an advantage Qualifications & Experience: NEBOSH IGC as in minimum HSE Qualification Operational QHSE experiences Cultural understanding of the region Language skills: English required, knowledge of Arabic/French is a plus.
