| We’re searching for a In Room Dining Supervisor who is responsible for supervising the In Room Dining operations. The supervisor ensures the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guests in their rooms or suites, maintains inventory, and supervises a team of servers. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the In Room Dining team to ensure efficient and effective service to guests. Assign duties and responsibilities to the In Room Dining team members, monitor their performance, and provide feedback as necessary. Ensure that all In Room Dining areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked with supplies and equipment. Manage inventory of food and beverage supplies, and place orders as necessary. Ensure that all service standards, operational procedures, and policies are followed by the In Room Dining team. Train and coach team members on proper service techniques and procedures. Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the development of In Room Dining menus, pricing, and promotions. Work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded. What We need from you: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Food and Beverage service, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional service to guests.
