|Manage the human resources information system – Oracle HRMS effectively and ensure that correct and complete information is entered and stored in the system for MAX UAE Territory employees.|
Maintain attendance and absence / leaves for MAX UAE employees in TAMS as well as Oracle HRMS.
Advice and coordinate with payroll team regarding MAX UAE Territory payroll confirmations and deductions on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with finance department for employee’s settling allowance, joining advance, rental assistance and any other payments.
Ensure safekeeping of employees personal files of MAX UAE Territory.
Manage employee requests on an on-going basis. These will include but not limited to request for experience letters, no objection certificates for visa, etc.
Facilitate opening of bank account and C3 account for salary credit
Manage employee transfers from or to MAX UAE Territory.
Liaison with banks and other authorities for employee verification.
Support in the employee separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of employee from the organization. This includes activities such as coordinating for exit interviews, full and final settlement, cancelation of visa, etc
Maintain filing of all documents and records related to HR policy, annual and mid-term salary revisions and promotions.
Provide analytical support to the Head of HR of MAX in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
Develop, own and optimize existing HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, Attrition, Manpower gap etc.) to drive meaningful business results
Medical Insurance and PRO related activities for all MAX UAE Territory employees
Manage the payout for monthly incentive and flash incentive schemes.
