Job Description: |
Main Responsibilities: To collate various employee communications e.g Town Hall Meetings, Fan of the Month, Birthday Celebrations, Meetings and Committees e.g. Sports, Social, Focus groups. Employee Notice Boards are up to date with all Hotel and Local Activities, Guest Comments, Emirates Palace Sports Teams and all other relevant information for employees. To co-ordinate employee facilities and liaise with internal and external suppliers for improvement including staff cafeteria, accommodation and transportation Assist in the operations of the Staff Cafeteria, daily checking of Food, reviewing weekly menus, leasing with Cafeteria Manager that all requirements are meet. To produce a Monthly Employee Activity Schedule to include sporting events, representative teams, outings such as shopping and tourism visits, Parties, Celebrations, and Annual Party. To produce Fan of the Month Program, recognition and reward program each month. To facilitate and organize the Monthly Staff Get-Together and ensure the agenda, certificates and photographs are prepared in advance. Assist in the co-ordination of the Ramadan Activities. Ensure all National Days are advertised and celebrated. Ensure Staff Cafeteria Television is playing only the designated and approved channels. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department To be the face of the department, providing a warm approach to our colleagues Assist colleagues with day to day matters Manage the internal HR communication portal Oversee internal post between HR, other departments and colleagues To provide administrative assistance in HR projects To meet other requests from employees if applicable Any other duties assigned to you by the HR Director Skills and Requirements: Self Confidence and Conviction Integrity, Trustworthiness Self-development English Languages proficiency Arabic is an advantage Computer literacy adapted to the field of HR Hospitality experience is beneficial |
