Nathan & Nathan HR is a leading HR and Employee Outsourcing Provider across GCC. Role Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures and answer queries about HR-related issues. Organize, compile, update company personnel records in ER[ and documentation of personnel records. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules). Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, leaves, warnings, vacations, internal transfers, exits, promotion, days offs, etc. Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures. Manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training program. Prepare employment of offer letters, probation confirmation, promotion, transfer and warning letters. Ensure all the employee’s files are maintained confidentially. Participate in the preparation of HR and Admin-related budget proposals, and internal and external audits. Perform other duties as assigned which includes daily, weekly, and monthly HR and Admin reports Successful Applicant Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & Administrative duties Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in English both written and verbal Exemplary planning and time management skills Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload High level verbal and written communications skills Discretion with personal and confidential information |
