| Provide “one-stop-shop” HR service and support to defined support area and ensure that our people receive the expected value from the Human Resources Department. Cultivate and maintain a harmonious and trust culture between management and employees within the organization. Recruitment: Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Prepare and coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires. Control and track the hiring process and control the process with the PRO and Employee Services team. HR Support: Align HR practices with strategic business initiatives. Identify, establish relationships and support internal clients and stakeholders across the businesses. Digital HR: Ensure the HR systems are updated accordingly. Update and maintain EC: structures, positions, job classification, etc. Relationship Management: Ensure that all employees are up to date with company policies. Support to all questions regarding policies & procedures. Administration: Ensure that all administrative tasks are attended to and in compliance with BRF internal rules & regulations. Maintain the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions. Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain. Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field Desirable requirements Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of using SAP & Success Factors Well-organized, with enthusiasm and initiative Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent coaching and relationship building skills Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills Able to work independently Experience Essential 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources field Behavioral Competencies Communicates effectively Drives engagement Decision quality Manages complexity Business insight Ensures accountability Optimizes work processes |
