Job Description Under the general direction of the Housekeeping supervisor and within the limits of established WDM policies and procedures, execute the day to day operation of Housekeeping Department and assists in achieving the department and Hotel goals. To report in writing all supplies which are not available to the Housekeeping Coordinator. To maintain and update all requisition records. To maintain and update the equipment’s record file. To support administrational tasks as required. To update the task sheet and submit to HK department end of each shift. To collect supplies from General Stores. To receive and store direct deliveries. To prepare and issue Housekeeping supplies to all floors. Coordinate with Public area supervisor for the repair of cleaning equipment’s including chemical dispensers. To record all cleaning equipment’s sent out for repair and to prepare the corresponding gate pass. To coordinate furniture repairs with Engineering and Team Leaders. Desired Skill & Expertise 1-year experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. |
