YOUR ROLE Creates and executes the Operations and Supply Chain strategic roadmap (5-year master plan) for IMEA by applying a structured methodology in close collaboration with business and the Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Team Steers the manufacturing footprint optimization studies for capacity expansion (greenfield/brownfield.) Develops market entry/expansion plans for Operations and Supply Chain in close alignment with business Drives innovation in Operations and Supply Chain with a focus on digital, sustainability and SHEQ projects Analyses and continuously improves target operating model for best-in-class customer experience and cost competitiveness Owns strategy deployment process (PDI/x-matrix) and ensures execution of strategy against plan Manages a team of PMO specialists in the region to drive successful execution of strategy Maintains oversight of progress on overall program and project status with adequate governance Identifies and implements opportunities for organizational learning and development YOUR SKILLS Bachelors in Engineering or relevant field Operations/Supply Chain Consulting experience is a must, preferably at top tier Consulting firm Prior inhouse experience in Operations, Supply Chain Familiar with Lean/ Continuous Improvement processes Confident with project management methodologies Experience in Chemical/Process industry is a plus Excellent communications skills both written and verbal Strategic and capabilities mindset |
