| 1) Training Budget Plan the annual training budget for the concept Monitor budgets complaince and present reports on a regular basis to the management Create a process/framework to measure ROI of all training program Research on market best training practices and processes 2) Training Delivery Understanding the business strategy and its future capability needs to identify learning priorities across concept and territories Formulate the annual and monthly training calendars for the concept and territories Creation & delivery of functional, soft skills and leadership programs for various role holders Design training content in line with requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees Applying adult learning theories in learning interventions and driving a culture of continuous development Driving business initiatives to determine impact of learning effectiveness through engagement and coaching activities. Promoting innovative approaches to training through use of digital tools Delivering on key training metrices by mapping the number (%) of employees trained during the year on specific areas (Selling Skills training, ATV and IPC Training, Multi-Skills training, Customer Service Training, Leadership Skills training) & monitoring the (%) increase in the Training Satisfaction / Effectiveness Score. Delivery of corporate programs 3) Business Partnering Partner with the business to drive and ensuring succesful implementation of key projects such as One CP, Q-Rails and ImOmni Improve business performance and productivity through bespoke training interventions 4) People Management Recruit, Establish and Develop a team of trainers across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait Ensure consistency, standardisation, best practices, and compliances through the team Engage, motivate, upskill the team to deliver their best |
