The Head of HR is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function for the company. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s business objectives and drive employee engagement and performance. The Head of HR will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and oversee all HR aspects, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that support the company’s business objectives and culture Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews Develop and deliver learning and development programs for employees, including training and professional development opportunities Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives Oversee HR budget and manage HR resources effectively Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 5+ years of HR experience, with at least three years in a leadership role Strong understanding of HR best practices and ability to develop and implement HR programs Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Strong leadership and team management abilities Experience with talent acquisition and employee relations Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools and software Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Experience working in the UAE and the ADGM is a plus Must have a “can-do” attitude What you can expect Competitive salary and benefits package Unique opportunities for professional development and growth; within a truly international and diverse team Hybrid work environment Medical insurance coverage Be part of an expanding team, passionate about building the future of carbon trading |
