Job Summary This role is key to lead IFFCO’s journey in implementing the Asset Reliability Process Improvement which is one of our 5 dimensions within IOE (IFFCO Operational Excellence). An expert in this field with hands on attitude is required for a successful deploying of this methodology. The person here will lead all efforts towards reliability excellence. Working closely with Head of Operations and Maintenance Managers, he/she will implement all steps of this strategy aiming a higher ROI and a sustainable process to ensure continuous improvement in our manufacturing facilities. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Management of the overall maintenance & reliability processes and activities to ensure maximum equipment reliability and assets performance. 2. Lead and execute reliability excellence process improvement within our manufacturing facilities. 3. Quantify and communicate total economic impact of reliability. Use measures to drive performance and evaluate progress 4. Work with site leadership team to develop a culture where reliability risks are clearly identified and communicated and each employee understands the role that they play in mitigating the key risks. 5. Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria. 6. Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues. KPIs 1. Maintenance Costs as % RAV 2. Spare Parts Inventory as % RAV 3. Asset Health % 4. % Planned and Schedule Adherence 5. OEE Work Experience • Minimum 10+ years leading Asset Reliability for Global Companies • Proven experience implementing Maintenance and Reliability Philosophy across multiple sites Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) • CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) • Other certifications in Predictive Maintenance Tools is a plus |
