Join our innovative Sourcing Team Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate project. We are in contact with local, regional and global finance and procurement teams. Our services include collecting and analyze company spent data and commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions Partner with the best As a Fulfillment Leader you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods or services. You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. As a Fulfillment Leader you will be responsible for: Identifying and prioritizing POs at suppliers that are tied to Customer Orders. Demanding higher level of engagement and relay business expectations to suppliers. Measuring and holding suppliers accountable for timely responsiveness on Request for Quotes (RFQs), PO Acknowledgements / Confirmation, maintaining PO Promise Date updates in Ariba, and achieve higher customer service levels. Participating and drive Fulfillment calls with major suppliers. Creating and following up on non-standard Purchase Orders (POs); such as Blanket POs, Letter of Intents (LOIs), Contract Life Cycle Management, etc. Managing relationships with suppliers, negotiate COQ, and drive vendor recovery. Partnering with Global Commodity Leaders and Supplier Quality, communicating price list and lead time changes, and maintaining accurate information in SAP. Partnering with the cross functional teams, developing fulfillment reports, digitizing & automating supplier shipments tracking, and communicating to key stake holders. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) Have 5-8 years of experience in Buying-Procurement or sourcing. Have advanced Excel and Power Point skills are required for this role. Have strong working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, ThoughtSpot, and similar Analytics tools. Have understanding and beginner level of SQL and programing is desired. Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead cross functional teams and meetings. Have the ability to lead and implement Lean /Six Sigma initiatives. Have green Belt and APICs certification is preferred.
