With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence. Your duties will be including but not limited to Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the F&B team Ensuring the efficient management of information, including emails, and filing in a prompt and professional manner Prepare, compile, edit and issue various reports and presentations as required Fostering positive working relationships; and liaising with different departments for meeting arrangements, bookings, various tasks, and projects. Exercising complete confidentiality and diplomacy Ideally, you’ll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we’re looking for: Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role where experience has been gained in all aspects of administrative and secretarial work Knowledge of MS Office, particularly excel worksheet where strong formatting skills would be a distinct advantage The ability to handle multiple assignments, planning and decision making skills A self-motivated, confident, and professional individual Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills In return we’ll give you a competitive financial and benefits package and the chance to work with a great team of people.
