As Manager Financial Partnerships at Checkout.com, you will be the first line of support with Checkout.com’s internal teams to support queries related to and from Scheme Partners (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover etc).
You may engage with internal partners to provide initial review and support scheme-related issues, enhancements, and changes to the resolution.

Business Development:
Influences Regional Payment Schemes and Payment Partners to work with CKO as its ” payment partner of choice in MENAP”
 
Liaise with CKO Commercial teams to provide sales support.
 
Project Management:
Entirely responsible for one or more work streams related to external financial partner implementation(s).
 
Responsible for day-to-day interaction with internal and external teams involved in implementing new financial partners or scheme BINs/Enhancements in the market or region.
 
Operations Management:
Understands the Financial Partner’s risk and fraud, operational (Disputes & Representments), customer support team processes, and advises to ensure clear channels of communication to accountable CKO teams for incidents or tech support.
 
Liaise with key stakeholder teams to ensure clear channels of communication to accountable CKO teams for incidents or tech support.

About You
Strong eComm Payment experience, you know your web hooks from your APIs; your gateway services from your acquiring
Hands-on experience with technical requirements and business cases for eCommerce payments
Strong project delivery or project management experience in payments.  You know how to get things done; able to organize/liaise with internal and external teams to meet timelines
Good experience implementing Acquiring projects with Visa, Mastercard, and, Amex
Exposure and knowledge of local payment methods, like Mada, QPay, KNET, etc
Obsessed with slick processes, always aiming for simplicity and efficiency
Strong, collaborator, communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations and businesses
A pragmatic thinker with an ability to think outside the box
Good commercial acumen with an understanding of business processes
Expected to be hands-on. Not shy to get stuck in and roll your sleeves up
