| The Finance Manger will ensure overall effective financial management and reporting for D&I MEA . This person should also actively contribute towards the financial planning as a key member of the D&I team. Responsibilities Responsible for implementing and maintaining Internal Controls outlined in Emerson Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ). Prepare Annual Budgets /Mid-Year Financial Reviews and present to Business Unit /MEA CFO’s. Responsible for preparation and submission of Quarterly POR’s for majority of Business Units. Review of monthly results for all cost centers prior to submission in HFM. Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of BU financials, aligned to reporting requirements Preparation and presentation of appropriate BU financial reports at monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews, profitability reviews etc. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (external and internal). Build an inclusive and encouraging environments for all personnel within the finance team and actively support them in achieving any personal development objectives that may have been set. Quarterly review of Balance Sheet Reconciliations of all Business Units. Actively supervise D&I Finance team. Promote and adhere to Emerson’s culture and values.
